Was able to get out this morning, from 2:30am - 4:00am, before picking Rod up and taking him to (near) work.
Seeing was very good - perhaps not quite as good as my previous 2 great sessions, but certainly better than average. I haven't had any
great GRS transit images this season yet - most of my sessions have had a setting or rising GRS but nothing at transit.
That changed this morning, I think/hope. Processing through PCFE now.. registax next
Was quite cold and very dewey, transparency dropped off as usual once the scope started pointing straight up. Losing so much light, I really need to get a better fan on the back that doesn't vibrate (so I can leave it on while imaging), or cut a hole in the side of the tube so I can stick a hairdryer in there and dry the mirror.
