I use this beautiful lens so infrequently that I can barely justify owning it. I did plan to use it for astronomy and sits very comfortably on my EQM-35 mount using a Vixen bar but I now have a Takahashi fsq-85 so the lens has even less likelihood of being used.

If you haven't used a lens like this before for say wildlife photography, you are in for a treat. This lens is incredibly sharp. I own a few other Sigma Sport lenses and they are every bit as good as any Canon glass in my view, (the 105mm f/1.4 is insanely good for astro as well as portraits). Armed with a monopod this 150-600mm lens is simply awesome and I will miss knowing I own it, but c'est l vie. I'd rather someone make more use of it.
