I am proud of my Son

Its not a new idea and it has been done before by others but its a first for my Son.
Please dont see this as an attempt to sell you a house but this is the first movie my Son has produced to make life harder for his competition.

It is his first attempt and I suppose as his Dad I wanted to share it with my friends as fathers do ..it is a simple commercial I know but it is his first simple commercial.
An outside team put it together he just was the presentor.

Alex your son should be very proud of that little commercial, it was very well done. Got a few criticisms about the commercial itself (not Stephen) but thats not what this thread is about

You Son came across as very professional without looking too stiff or nervous. He has great potential. I can understand how you can be very happy, I would be.

Well done Stephen. Well done Alex

Thank you all for that .
I in truth have a few concerns... one being the suggestion you can harvest the forrest .. but I wont tell him of any concerns.

So often as fathers or as friends we try to help by pointing out concerns to protect, which is reasonable, but the best way is to overlook the bad and compliment the good.
Seeing good in every situation is a necessity .
He is doing one simply on the business and asked old clients to join in.. the offers of support and their memories of how I helped them many years ago and their unpromted praise has made so much seem worthwhile..

I did not realise so many people remembered me and appreciated my approach being different to others. I lost money being so dam honest but I got it all paid back hearing the things they remembered of me.

I am so happy he is doing it the honest way..it makes friends and makes any enemy you may attract seem unreasonable to all.
Thanks again for your very kind words I really appreciate it.

Yes a fine looking young man, I wonder if a beard will give him the same distinguished look you present

He is well spoken, strong of limb and you are indeed well entitled to be proud, good on you Dad

Be proud, Alex.

As someone who has made his living from putting themselves "out there", trying to connect with people - sometimes in front of a camera - I can tell you it's not easy.

All credit to your son for his achievement.

Performing for a camera or for any type of audience deserves respect, especially for as strong a performance as that.

Well done, Team Evans

Ron I dont surcomb to flattery but enjoy it as most humans will.. thank you.
Matt thank you... I have never had a problem with public speaking and have loved reving a croud when the chance presents itself, the more people the better no problem, but he is still young and I recognise it must have been stressful for him to pull it off as well as he did,
Thanks again everyone

I meant thank you for your kind words for my Son and although I never found it a problem personally could understand how he must have felt on the day.
Sorry for the confusion.
alex.

This is not flattery Sir, it's a statement based on personal preference. I'll let you know when I'm flattering you (especially before I borrow something)...
