Just in case you are wondering - what is the physical difference between two cameras

yep the difference between the Pentax *istDS and a K10D............

and the irony, they were taken with a canon 400D

I think that Mr H0ugh should be awarded the perpetual "Striker Buys" trophy, for his dedicated and unswerving commitment to the astronomical purchasing community - the shops must love him walking in the door, or "checking" the "Checkout" box on the shopping cart...

Cheers

Dennis

PS – looks a fantastic camera.

mmmm so we have a date that starts the period known as "a long while" so if we subtract the date of the next camera purchase we can determine that otherwise flexible time frame reference with a new degree of certainty.

Any December purchases are the best as in no time at all one can say..Oh but I got that one last year.

Dont feel guilty David you are talking to a fella that once owned 15 guitars (at the same time not over a period of 20 years or something so unambitious.) Guns, bikes and boats have had their lists also.

There is concern however that the increase of digital cameras is greatly reducing the number of photons being released back to the outter solar system... governments are seeking ways to find photon offset credits provided by sun glasses manufactures. But concern grows nevertheless.

So a day may come when you can not buy more so over indulgence...which it is not I hasten to add... at this time is not unreasonable. Did you know there is a certain camera that is 39 meg mmmm I bet you do
