At last some astronomy fun

Its clear in Sydney so have had the scope out but I can see why you complain about sky glow. The first time out here back in November I did not think it was too bad but tonight I cant get 20 seconds but thats ok. RA drive is slow dont know what I am missing there..So played around on Saturn using ep projection behind two 3x barlows stuck in a 2x barlow and the 300d for a laugh and no I am not posting the results..ever.But lets say I have developed an even higher respect for you planet image experts..may try all the barlows and the lpi later..so whats that 750mmf/l times 3 times 3 times two and 12 mm ep with effective mag of a 6mm via the lpi.. need guy wires to hold up this rig. But how you can forget the little things ..it is a game that you have to be doing most of the time or you fade.
Hope others had a run tonight I will have a break and if its clear still will try after midnight.
So save the planet turn off your lights please.
