A Starry Night Field of View question: How do you.....

adjust the orientation of a FOV?

I have just added some FOV indicators for some new CCD gear to SN, but apart from adjusting the Camera angle in the edit box, I can't seem to find any other way to adjust the FOV camera roll angle from 0 to 75 deg (in this set of images).

Is this possible from within the main page, without going into the CCD Equipment Dialog Box

Hi Paul

I am running 6.0.4 and rectangular FOV's have a "handle" on the top long side, that I can grab and rotate freehand with my mouse.

It is labelled "Position Angle" in the attached screen print.

Cheers

Dennis

I'm only running V5 Dennis.

Maybe I'd better upgrade.

Paul,

Yup! I'm pretty sure it's a v6 thing. You should upgrade, I think v6 with the
updates to 6.0.4 runs alot smoother on my machine than five did.

regards,CS
