365Astronomy problems?

I purchased some accessories on the 29/05, I havn't received them and have emailed them twice with no reply.

I logged into my account to check my order but it said it failed even though my credit card was charged and did pay for it.

Has anyone had any problems with this mob? I have ordered stuff off them in the past with zero issues. I might have to give them a call when they open in 6 hours.

Since COVID it seems like they are understaffed and/or overworked and orders are processed very slowly.

I had an astro-conversion filter for a dslr take 2 months to arrive earlier in the year, so for a recent order of an MGEN 3 I requested more expensive postage and it got here in a week. The ordering process still took a couple of weeks though.

A phone call would sort your issue out quickly I expect.

It seems that many astronomy shops are doing more business since COVID.

COVID-19 UPDATE:
WE ARE OPEN and BUSINESS IS AS USUAL due to the fact that we are a home based family business (online shop), so not much changed here...

We are partially closed this weekend between 8 Jul - 13 July and back to normal on 14 July.
(although we do not accept casual visitors whilst the lockdown lasts)

Please note that currently we receive about 10 times more phone calls, 3-4 times as many emails, orders etc. whilst we work with reduced staff, so please be patient.

BEFORE YOU ORDER ANY SKYWATCHER, CELESTRON, LUNT TELESCOPE and ZWO PRODUCTS, PLEASE CONTACT US TO CHECK CURRENT AVAILABILITY AS STOCK LEVELS FLUCTUATE AND WE JUST CANNOT UPDATE THE LEVELS IN REAL TIME...

Thanks for your patience!

Keep safe and healthy!

Yeah saw that, been nearly 2 months so I think I have been pretty patient.

I will give them a buzz.
