Jupiter 13th March - Tassie

Well, 2 minutes before Bird (1101 km's away) pushed his button, i pushed mine.

This was my first run with the filters.

Lucam Capture was great, I focussed with the Blue channel and then proceeded to capture 35s @ 15fps of each of B,G,R with a set 10 seconds in between.

The software allowed you to set the interval between.

No sign of newtons rings at the lower frame rate.

The semi automation was great. Once I told the computer to record, all i had to do was keep hand guiding and at the appropriate time, move the filter.

Happy with this one for a first go, just need to keep practicising. I will try some more processing later on this data

Looks good Dave, a little grainy but good colour and detail. I'd probably reduce the curves to add some contrast for my taste

Congrats on a great first light.
