M27 "Lucky Imaging"

Well here it is, M27 The Dumbbell Nebula in LHaGB with my new ZWO ASI183mmPro. 3/4 of it was taken with incorrect MPCC spacing, the green and blue filters are actually visual filters double stacked with a UV/IR cut filter cos I don't have the proper ones.

Details: Luminance was taken with a Baader Semi-Apo filter. 134 x 30 seconds unguided.
Ha (30nm) 122 x 30 seconds unguided.
G = 110x30 seconds unguided (Hoya X1 Green + Baader UV/IR cut)
B = 79 x 30 seconds unguided (GSO 80A + UV/IR cut double stack)

Total = 445 x 30 seconds of "lucky imaging" unguided on a HEQ5 Pro all Bin2 -10C. GSO 10" F4

Bigger at Astrobin ---> https://astrob.in/365842/0/

There. That should leave you all scratching your heads for a while!

Great effort. Is the camera you are using cooled. Some of the uncooled versions have very low noise.

Cheers

Thanks Mike. I do like the colour of this one. Must be the good filters.

Feeling tired a lot lately. My blood pressure has been low since the stents so it's a bit of a struggle to do anything.

Yeah getting there Dunk. I took time off guiding for this shot. I'll attempt that black art tonight, clouds permitting.
