Congratulations to Rick Stevenson for today's AAPOD
Congratulations Rick. Looks like we're both in favor with the AAPOD people at the moment.

Thanks, Lewis. It was a very very dim target so a really flash image was out of the question

For those who would like Direct Access to the image...
Nice one Rick an intriguing and great shot ... ..maybe they will repeat it again some time in the future
I haven't sent'em an image for quite a while...maybe I should...

Ta, Mike. I haven't seen a repeated AAPOD but you never know! They seem to get a lot of European images so the more from Aussies the merrier.

Thanks Jeff. More people should submit images there and they like unusual stuff. Both of mine have been "off the beaten track" objects

The tattoo is a nice touch. A bit like being in the Olympic team. Have you settled on a design - the NASA emblem would look cool.

I'm thinking more along the lines of the Australian Research and Space Exploration emblem, Peter
