SOLD: New Skywatcher Black Diamond 120mm F1,000mm with EQ5 mount and R A drive on wheeled stand.
In late December I purchased the component parts and put together the unit and made the wheeled stand. I have used the telescope for testing only. (I have also been away 4 weeks in Jan - Feb). The telescope produces diffraction limited images and the drive tracks well. Because of forthcoming changes to my equipment (and lack of space in my observatory) I am reluctantly offering this unit for sale.
It comes with the original packing boxes plus all the original accessories, 9X50 finder, 2 diagonal mirror, unopened 10mm and 25mm Plossl eyepieces, 2 to 1.25 adaptor, spare drive batteries etc. It is totally in unmarked as new better than showroom condition.
It is an excellent lightweight, large aperture refractor. For a quick sale, I am offering it for $800 firm, (less $50 if the wheeled stand is not required), I will supply free delivery within a reasonable radius of Brisbane.
