I checked it out and now find i cant get out ,yes you cannot delete the page once its set up .It's a sorta blog .I think striker led me astray here as this allows google and who knows who else access to my PC. Be very carefull what you recommend to others i would suggest
Sid
I know atleast 15 people now that have built there own webpage via Google pages and thats all it is a web page on a server that has dedicted some of there hard drive for you to use which has nothing to do with your PC.
Knowone has access to your computer the web page is built on google servers not yours.
My recomendation to you Sid is be careful what you say on the forum because you obviously dont have a clue what your talking about.
We are all human and make mistakes, especially when learning the ropes of a new Forum. The guys and gals around here are very forgiving and supportive as we stumble along our learning journey. So when you do make a cock up, and are not too concerned about your reputation to fess up to it, it shows that you have style and class. It is also nice to acknowledge any help received or even offer an apology if you may have said or implied something not true?
This makes IIS a fun, happy and learning place to hang out, as well as providing continuing encouragement for Forum members to offer further help and advice.
We all live and learn every day of our life. I still do and always will do the same thing that i had drummed into me by my father that i have drummed into my kids as they were growing up, if you are unsure of something or don't understand something, speak up and ask someone about it before taking the plunge. IIS has a great bunch of members here which will help out in one way or another if a question has been asked.
Well said, Peter Dennis and the rest of the gang, and Sid, i can assure you Striker dose not lead anyone astray, he, plus others on this site have tought me so much.
