This image consist of 4 ½ hours of LRGB data. 1 ½ Luminance and an hour each of RGB all 1x1 binning.
Telescope: TEC 140.
Mount: Astrophysics 1100.
Camera: SBIG STT 8300 with self-guiding filter wheel.
Looks good, Mark. The core looks a little burnt out. That might have been a deliberate artistic decision in which case "bravo!" If not, then maybe you need to wind back the processing or get some shorter subs?
No Marc. From my beautifully light polluted back yard on the sunshine coast. Always projects to do Rick. Now supposed to be cloudy until the moon becomes too much.
Peter is the flare you are talking about a processing thing or my equipment? Also the dynamic range is that possibly because in photoshop i stretched the image using the middle slider in levels. I have seen people in you tube videos doing that abd lastly i used curves a little. Thanks for the comments
