Huh?! How do you get a camera up above a bloody great pine tree (and take rock-steady photos)?

Dean
You take panoramas at intervals from ground tripod and convert landscape panorama to polar "little planet" panorama. Looks like you're floating above the ground as result, photoshop over errors dead easy.
