I did it!! waiting for my Saxon 10!

Well guys, I did it, I bought my 10 inch Dob and it is arriving on Wednesday!

I actually got to see it in person this time round, and it wasn't as heavy as I thought.

The only downside I find is these scopes, they are not supplied with a 2" inch Eyepiece and a Barlow would have been nice.

eyepiece's can be a very personal choice so probably better to use it for a while before deciding on what to get.

Sweet , you will get many years of great viewing with that scope , they kinda hit in the sweet spot in size/performance stakes .

I agree with Roger here just use it for a while and read up all you can find on eyepieces for 10 inch Newtonions then prowl the eyepiece's for sale here on IIS.

Most of all enjoy your new scope .
