Thumbs up The Entrance Baths and Fisherman at Sunrise

Hi all

I hope you're not sick of seeing my sunrise shots.

I wanted to get these finished today to close out the loop of all previous photo sessions.. I'm on holidays at Port MacQuarie next week so I know i'm going to come back with a whole new lot of sunrise, sunset, pelican, beach and river shots. So I wanted to finish these before I went.

These were taken on the 10th December at the Entrance Baths.

I used the 350D + the 17-70mm Sigma for the pool shots, and the 75-300mm stock lens for the sunrise and fisherman shots. Various shutter speeds, from 5 seconds to 1/3200s second. All at f/13, ISO400. Processed in RawShooterPremium + Photoshop.

I'm quite happy with how they turned out.. some of the fisherman shots I could see on some tourism brochure or something

Thanks for looking, comments welcome.

11 shots all up, posted in chronological order.

Fantastic effort Mike, as always. I particularly like the last 4. I don't know how you manage all the late nights and early rises though.

I like the light refraction and hence, rainbow, in the first.

I love 'em Mike, keep them coming !

The first has stunning colour, fantastic mate.

The fisherman shots are great, especially the action shot with the wave crashing.

But what intrigued me was the first sunrise shot, Mike.
It looks like you've captured a small glimpse of the famous "green flash".
Check out the top of the sun's limb and I'm sure there is a green tint there !

Well done on all of them.
