Atlas Pro AZ/EQG and Nexus DSC
I just spent an hour with Serge, dropping off my Atlas mount for him to baby sit for a couple of weeks. The outcome will allow me to control the mount with my Nexus DSC.
When used in Alt/Az mode this will allow me to throw away the Synscan hand controller. The Synscan is very basic by comparison to the Nexus DSC, so I see this as a major upgrade for the mount.
Any fellow Atlas users will soon be able to follow suit and plug a Nexus in for control in Alt/Az mode.
