Ashes - Second Test

Well... thankfully, we have a fair dinkum Test Match on our hands.

After an hour's play on the third day at Adelaide Australia's struggling at 3 for 65 in reply to England's 1st innings 6 551 declared.

Will be interesting to see how the Adelaide pitch impacts over the next couple of days.

Indeed!

Hoggard's showing his consistency with the ball. I like his attitude

Not so sure about Anderson though. Would've prefered to see Panesar given a chance at Adelaide

No this is not how I wrote the script.

I read my tea leaves even though I only drink coffee.

Australia was suppose to win this test with 2 days to go.

What has gone wrong.

I might have to go for the pommies in this test....lol

I have to agree Mick, I think it will be a draw although Adelaide is very well suited to the Poms style and this is their chance to square up the series.
Good to see that Ponting and Hussey had other ideas though.
It should be an interesting two days.

cheers

It's good to see the Pom's doing better in this test,
After the First test,I was a little concerned, they may bring back someone like
Jardine,and Larwood.

Just Joking,folks.

Hope,we, Australia win the Ashes Though.

Wow!!!!!!

A win to Australia. Snatched from the jaws of a draw. Extraordinary stuff.

Congrats to Ricky Ponting, Shane Warne and the rest of the boys. Extraordinary.

I feel sorry for all those "fans" who stopped watching after Day 4 coz they thought it was inevitably heading for a draw.

Bring on number three

Your leaves were right... but perhaps your tea was just a little strong?

It wasn't quite a win with 2 days to go....

are you sure those leaves didn't say a win with 2 minutes to go?

Well played Australia, Dad's Army my foot, Warney can stay as long as he want's.

Its the Pom's own fault.

If they hadn't sent all their Riff Raff, out here a couple of hundred years ago, there would have been no problem.

Just Joking of course,my (deceased)Grandparents were Pom's
