Watching the view from the 1st stage as it landed would have to be one of the coolest things I've seen in a long time!

I just watched this. At risk of sounding dopey, is this an animation or is it actual footage of stuff already happening at Cape Canaveral?

It's an animation of the heavy duty version Falcon rocket system they're planning to launch.
