Downloaded file should be unzipped into the directory of older v1.41 (it is a bit buggy so it is a good idea to copy the whole directory under the new name before doing it, to still retain the older version)
One of the major and obvious differences are the orbits of binary stars around the periastron (on the splash screen it still displays v1.4.1)
