I have decided against building the Takahashi Binoscope (actually my wife did) so my beautiful TSA102S is For Sale.
The Takahashi Super Apochromat 102S is arguably the best corrected 4" refractor available and gives pristine views.

The scope is in pristine condition with clean optics.
Included are:
Takahashi 114mm clamshell tube holder (this has some paint blemishes that have been touched up)
Takahashi Finder bracket to suit 7x50 finder (brand new)
Standard 2" and 1.25" visual backs
and an extra 72mm diameter 52mm long Takahashi extension tube.
Original triple boxes are included as well.
Please note the pictured Casady dovetail plate is not included in the sale.
These fine scopes are no longer made and rarely available.

Freight extra and must be insured. I am happy to travel a couple of hours to meet with buyer as I really prefer not to post it. If postage is required I would prefer to wrap in multiple layers of bubble wrap and use only the two outer boxes.(bubble wrap absorbs the shocks better than the innermost box)
