So those of you following along, I believe I have finally fixed my mount and will be back to imaging this new moon. Essentially I have replaced every moving part and the mother board on the mount and it is finally working. Looking forward to some data!
it is a good feeling. i just have to find the time to head down and set up my scope while trying to finish unpacking from my move and prepping for christmas, piece of cake. i am taking the opportunity to recollimate, clean the glass and lenses and improve my cabling. should be better than ever, just in time for me to get about 1 or 2 months of imaging before i build the new obs
