Comet 43P / Wolf Harrington

Comet 43P / Wolf Harrington from this morning Nov 02 1800UT. Was cloudy all night except for about half an hour in the morning. Visual magnitude estimates put it at about mag 12.

Great stuff yet again Kev. Nice to see a comet image - been a long time since we've seen one. I hope the observatory is going well. Can you get low enough to shoot comets from the observatory or did you shoot this one from the window? .

Nice star colours and that tail is quite distinct. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Tel. This shot was taken from the new observatory. Unfortunately compromises had to be made which limits my lowest look angle to the east to 30 degrees. So I will have to miss a few comets.
