This Saturday, October 8, 2016, is International Observe the Moon Night (InOMN), an annual worldwide public event that encourages observation, appreciation, and understanding of our Moon and its connection to NASA planetary science and exploration. This is my contribution. A single exposure of 1/125 sec x 200 iso at prime focus thru a 10" LX600 scope using a Canon 550d camera. Not perfect but it was the best I could get with light cloud passing.
Cheers to all. John W.
Looks very similar to what I was seeing earlier through my telescope
Nice shot though John, I didn't think about getting my iPhone out and taking a snap.
