Believe it or not...I'm now a pole dancer!

Hi all,
Well after trying out the "Polemaster" camera and software package on Monday night, I am dancing with joy about the polar alignment I have achieved. Took a couple of tries to ensure I was doing everything right. Afterwards, I decided to see how long an unguided image I could get with good PA.
Below is a 3 minute raw sub (just an iPhone snap of the BYEOS screen during a series of unguided runs). This is pretty representative of all 20 subs I did on Helix. I was using my unmodded 1000D so there aint much colour to it but after all it was really a test of the PA and the tracking of my AZEQ6 mount.
Pretty impressive me thinks.

The Polemaster is a brilliant piece of kit that's for sure! When I am doing some visual with my refractor in the back yard, I'll use the Polemaster for PA with my HEQ5 and I've walked off for an hour or so while clouds went away and still had Mars sitting near the centre of the EP at 200x. It is so much faster than easier than drift alignment.
