Final Four from Astrofest

Finally finished processing some of the Deep Sky shots from AF

Prawn nebula and Dark Tower in a 4 Panel Mosaic. Each panel 6 x 10min subs. Stitched with Microsoft ICE.
Taken with a W.O. 72mm Megrez and Moravian G2-8300

LMC in HaRGB 1hr each; Ha 10 min subs and RGB 5 min subs.
Tried a few methods of blending the Ha, this seemed to look the best
Taken with a W.O. 72mm Megrez and Moravian G2-8300

Corona Australis, 45 x 5min shots with the W.O. FLT110 and QHY10.

Veil Nebula, 38 x 5min shots with the W.O. FLT110 and QHY10

All images processed in Pixinsight

Thanks for looking

Geoff

These shots are superb Geoff! Love the Ha prawn area. Very fine details and awesome dynamic range. You've got a lot of brown stuff in the veil as well, and the colours in Corona Australis are really good too. Top shelf.

All great shots, Geoff, but I particularly like the Prawn mosaic and the LMC.

Cheers,
Rick.

Love the King Prawn mosaic, and the Veil really leaps!

I'll have to dig out the 3D glasses for that one. That will be a sight.
