Out of interest, have you tried AutoStakkert as an alternative to Registax? I generally do the align etc in that then save the file and use Registax for the wavelet treatment.

Thanks, Stu, I have tried Autostakkert but I don't seem to be getting a better resolution. But I will try your suggestion with the Lanczos filter.
