Latitude and Longitude

I can't find anywhere what format of Lat Long to use with EQMOD,
Formats I know:
Degrees -minutes-seconds: 26 - 36 - 42
Degrees-minutes-seconds expressed as decimal : 26 - 36 - .7
Anyone know which it is?
Regards
Peter

Why is it important? Just put in degrees and minutes - any fractions of minute will make no difference to pointing - and I mean none, nothing nil, not a sausage!
