What Wavelet Scheme Do You Use?

Registax has a number of options for applying wavelets to sharpen your astro images. Which wavelet settings do you use?

Why do you use what you use? Have you done any testing, to compare them?

You wouldn't be alone Ving! There's lots of options I haven't started playing with yet, and I dare say a few I haven't found either!

I mostly use the default. Lately I tend not to process my images using wavelets in registax - or I do, but not fully.. mainly go soft on the wavelets and do further processing in other applications - such as deconvolution in astraimage or high-pass filtering in photoshop.
