horrible 2997

Getting posting withdrawal symptoms again after so many weeks of
rubbish weather, so had a go at 2997, despite the moon's presence.
It is obviously a harder object to image than I realised; 100sec subs
were nowhere near enough with the 8" Newt. I forgot to dump the
subs that are affected by PE. Please open image from paperclip.
30x 100secs @ ISO 1600 unguided.

Don't be so hard on yourself, better than what I can do in pea soup thick light polluted suburbia of Sydney. I think its great. Wish I could produce the same results.
