This is an as new condition Baader Ultra-Short visual back with Takahashi adapters that allow it to be fitted to any Takahashi 72mm draw tube or to the M71 thread on Mewlons.

Ultra-Short Photo/Visual 2" Clamp # 2458196 (3 thumb screws on bronze comp ring.
Tak-Adapter M72/M68 adapter # 2558230 (fits Tak 2.7" and 4" focuser with 72mm output threads.
Tak-Mewlon M71/M72 adapter # 2558231 (discontinued now so a replacement from Precise parts would be $185 AU)
Very handy for binoviewing setups as it shortens the lightpath by about 20mm avoiding/reducing the need to use a corrector.
Cost to replace in excess of $250, this one $150 + post $10.
