Of the really GOOD kind.

First the weather and moon have cooperated, I have dark cool clear skies.
Then all my work on the system and pier has paid off, I've even got the mount guiding through the camera, the GPUSB is now redundant.
I did a 2 star alignment, Canopus and Achernar then slewed to NGC 1566. Test\locating frame 20 secs at ISO 3200 and there it was, dead centre.
Now I'm inside catching up on here and crowing a bit while it happily chugs away for half an hour catching photons from afar.

I could even fire up TeamViewer and kick off a second run or two from here should I so desire.
What more could you want ?
And wife is talking about getting a couple of Bengal kittens to continue our cat dynasty. Our last Oriental left us a month or so ago after 15 wonderful years and it's time to move on.
