Running Chicken

This is just a work in progress. The colour will have to wait until the moon goes away. It does show some promise however.

Cheers

Steve

nice one Steve, I like the framing and the sharpness.

I've been comparing yours to my recent version https://www.flickr.com/photos/803366...blic/lightbox/ I think you've convinced me I still need a lot more data and as far as processing - I can maybe handle the dynamic range a bit better and possibly do some more sharpening. I've still a lot to learn!

Thanks for sharing,

Rusty

I don't know Rusty - yours looks pretty good to me. One thing that does help is the sub length. My image had 30 minute subs.

Tjamks Greg. Let's hope I don't stuff up the colour.

Thanks Mike - sounds like you are a bit over the chicken. I won't get into the "where's the chicken" debate.

Thanks Rick. I often find the colour is a bit of a letdown after the Ha but that probably means I don't know how to process it properly. I'll probably get OIII too.

That's a great rendition Steve - up close and personal with good detail! Nice work! Look forward to the colour version. Are you going to add some Lum?

Cheers, Marcus

Thanks Marcus. Adding Lum is the plan. I also want to get some deep OIII if I can too. The weather is looking reasonably promising but you can never tell what's going to happen these days.
