Jup Dec 17th

Imaged Jupiter Dec 17th, have the GRS close to the P limb and Io in transit. This is my first RGB for the apparition with the GRS and the colour of it seems much more vivid than last apparition. The detail in the wake of the GRS is very intricate particularly in the 1st IR data.

Regards
Trevor

Lovely images Trevor, yes the GRS wake is very complex and bodes well for the coming year as the oval BA and the equatorial zone also have some interesting features.

Cheers, Phil
