Astrofest Veil

I tried the Veil every astrofest. I finally got it this year.

I managed 6h 45min worth this astrofest. Now I just need a better scope, and some narrowband to deal with that damn starfield.

If anyone is against grotuitous overuse of morphological transform I suggest you don't look at the 5MB large version.

It is certainly a very rich and colourful star field indeed. Nice catch of the veil as well and on my iPad I don't see any nasties left over from processing.

That's pretty good for a Southern image of the Veil, Chris!

I'll leave that for retirement. .... And global warming which gets rid of all bad weather. That's how it works right?

Nice one Chris.
Really is interesting how the star density varies across the FOV for the Veil. Certainly makes processing life interesting!
