NGC253 - 8hrs of data - new image.

Processed in PixInsight NGC253, 8hrs, 20min of data. 100 x 300sec exp, ISO 800. Canon 1100D, 8" f/4 newtonian.

Was hoping to get another 4-5 hrs on this tonight but my Son wants to go out do some widefield Astrophotography, so looks like it has to wait a little.

Nice one Andrew. Processing has worked well by looks of the nice smooth background. Possibly a little on the green side but that's just my eye. I'd be very happy with this image. Fantastic as well that your son is showing an interest in astrophotography. Must be wonderful being able to share that experience with him.

Nice amount of detail, agree with the cyan tinge but a good image all the same

Thanks for the feedback guys, now I look at it again, yes does look a little too blue. Hows this one then, compression aside?

Plenty of Details there Andrew, Nice capturing, still bit on the blue side probably, But very good processing to a lovely smooth Image - grouse stuff !!
