I really like this shot Jorge - you've done a great job in capturing and processing.

Nice shot Jorge - I like these less common objects.
You haven't posted as many images lately?

Tony.

Thank you, Russell and Tony, for comments.

Tony, the question mark cause me two understanding of your question. One is that I am not publishing many photos by now; other, I am not publishing them the same mode I was doing some time ago.

Let's go answer both:

For the first:
March is month with much rains and clouds here. I had only 10 or less days with stars in the sky. And some ones with clouds strolling around.

For the second:
As you perceived, I like to see and register the no commons objects. And by three motifs:

a) I haven't good photographic ressources.

b) my site still has good visibility of the sky, althoug with much humidity and strong refraction.

c) some images must be seen with high resolution because the most important are theirs details.

Therefore the files may be large, incompatible with some limitations of foruns. They must be published at anothers sites as Astrobin or my own site.

Some targets will have only the links to them posted here, in IIS.

And the multiple system stars. When the sky be clean, I will capture and identify all components. The image here is a 10 sec ISO 3200 done when focusing and positioning the target.

My optic system has resolution to capture them very well.

Clouds are a problem here too. 10 starry nights per month would be good. We have had a reasonable month - but usually it's waiting for 4-6 hour gaps in the clouds and hoping they happen at night (preferably with no moon).
But then again - it's the cloudy nights that make it more exciting when it is clear!

Tony.
