Many sympathies.
Our driveway is muy steep, so half of it washes down. I have to load it all on the Kubota RTV and drag it back up again.
Drives me mental.

OTOH: we have only tank water for our needs and every little helps, so its kind of a mixed blessing.

Oh that's crap mate. Yeah I know the feeling my family is on tank water. I'm lucky on mains. But the rain helps fill the pool haha. Also I'm a dirt road truck driver so it's awesome to keep all the dust down for few days lol

This may sound weird to some, but I couldn't go back to drinking mains water again. Straight from the tank, it tastes like, well water, rather than chemicals. In fact its so pure, we have to add salt or sugar for it to boil while were still young. It almost gets me high.
Its not even filtered.
I might start selling it.

Yeah mains water isn't the best for drinking it's good for your teeth. Not taste buds though.

No good Jemmo,
Tonight is
Maybe passable here, but I have so many welts from mossie bites, feel like I have measles!
So I have a fire on my newly made platform over looking the creek.
Any mossies will be burned!
