NGC6188 & hello

Hello all

I'm new to this part of the forum.. Just a quick hello.. Attached is a Ha image of part of the neutral hydrogen molecular cloud on the Ara/Norma border, known as NGC6188. Taken with an ED80 + ST7(self guided) + EQ6 + Astronomik Ha filter. 2.5hrs total exposure in 500s subs..

Comments welcome.

Nice pic! And good to see another fellow ST7 owner too. This image is quite a bit larger than the base ST7 resolution (widthxheight of pixels), have you done a mosaic or used something like Drizzle to enlarge the image?

Thanks to all who commented..

Roger, the image has been resampled before stacking & processing. With the ED80 I have poor sampling at about 3"/pixel. The resampling doesn't fix this, just makes the image look a little better - I guess it's kind of like drizzling.
