Human Universe - presented by Brian Cox

Brian Cox's new astronomy series, Human Universe will be broadcast on ABC TV in January 2015. Looking forward to it!

It has already been broadcasted in the UK on BBC.

The Human Universe book is already available in book stores in Australia.

I have read the eBook and it is very good. Some opinions but mostly scientific best current knowledge based presentation. Available from apple book store. Looking forward to the series.

I was given the book for Christmas by my daughter, it's a quality item and a very good read so far. I will be interested to look at the show as my lovely wife is recording them for me.

I thought his "don't look the ape in the eye" was very David Attenboroughish, even down to the whisper.
Very good though, enjoyed it a lot.
Cheers

Liked the space bits, but was a bit too much on the "2001" Ape/man history.
Guess had to fill in for the second episode.
I miss Carl, bring back Cosmos!. But loved Brian Cox Wonders of the universe series.

I actually liked the way he said that, kind of fitted the you-man, could wipe our civilization out. (Those that cannot see the big picture of our uniqueness in the universe)all for themsleves.

I must be the only person who can't stand Brian Cox. I find his programs are more filler than content with too much trite and pointless statements. I couldn't figure out what the Soyuz landing had to do with the program at all!

I am coming to the same view, there is nothing new in his content and it seems he's becoming over-exposed with nothng much to say. He's working off the back of Hawking and the Cosmos series.

Maybe he should do a calendar? With hubble images in the back ground.
Think what that would do for women when they see guys with telescopes!
