Tarantula Nebula NGC2070

Took this the other night of Tarantula Nebula. Consist of 10 x 4 minutes subs. I was trying not to bloat out the core of it by using an unprocessed layered mask ontop of a fully processed one. Seems to work well.

Cheers.

Nice work there. You'll notice how much sharper your Tarantula is with the 350D !
well done

Hi Eric,

I like that, heaps of detail and right to the core, with no burn-out.

I have to admit I don't really like the colour of it, but I do like the even brightness and level of detail, better than anything I have achieved of NGC 2070. Congrats!

Cheers Roger. I don't personally like the colours either. seems too dull. But i guess thats how it turned out from the DSI II. Very much like brad moores tarantula.

I can still see suptle colour changes though, from the reddish hues to greens of oxygen emissions. A nice deep shot too.
