Entered a pic in the Spirit of Le Mans contest and came in first runner up. Picked up a pair of VIP tickets for next years race. Its a burst sequence shot. The contest is for non pros shooting from public areas at each race. Each race produced a winner that went into the finals. Grand Prize was a trip to Brazil for the final race and awards banquet.
Yea this is extra special I love motorsports always been into endurance car racing and the passes include access to some killer spots to shoot some pictures. I could care less about the club and all that even seats I never sit in them anyways. I don't enter many contests only 3 so far. Didn't think I stood a chance in this one there were a lot of photogs out there on Thursday. I found out about the contest from another guy at the track.
