M7 - Pick a star, any star!

Hi folks,

A run of clear nights during new moon in Melbourne?
Almost too good to be true! … it was, there has been fog every night rolling in around midnight.

Here is M7 30x 5 mins from light pollutionville in the 'burbs with the IDAS filter and the SBIG 8300ST osc.

I processed this in Ps and used LAB mode to get the colours up a bit.

High res here ...http://www.astrobin.com/full/116583/0/

Thanks for looking

Andy

Gorgeous, mate. I have also captured this area, but, haven't done my flats yet, so, can't process them!

It looks great!

Great shot. M7 is always nice on the eye.
I think you might want to repro though. Green channel is severely (black) clipped and the stars are white clipped too. You then will get back the golden colors back along with softer star profiles.
Excellent data so worth the extra time IMHO.
