Not another Sag Sco widefield

Yep here it is Sag Sco widefield
Details Canon 5DH 85mm F 1.8 at F 2.8 only 3X6min (cloud!) ISO 200, IP&RGstar&PS. Only I have found with widefields, after converting with IP and stacking with RGstar and digital development in IP making sure the histogram is all there, then hit the resulting frame with GradientXterminator with settings at coarse and medium and the adjust in PS etc. Seems to get rid of gradients a lot better. Is the colour reasonably right?

There is no such thing as too many Sag Sco widefields in my book.

Great shot Burt, I can even see the Cats Paw nebula near centre.

Hi Bert

I never tire of looking at this region and the celestial treasures scattered therein. The overall color cast looks slightly red whereas I usually associate more of a yellowish tone with this region? However, if you hadn't mentioned the colour, I probably wouldn't have noticed this?

The best overall view was full screen on my 1600 x 1200 display. When I viewed it at full size and scrolled around, (a lot of real estate in there!), the slight coma at the edges was noticeable and some of the stars were a little blocky. However, all these are minor points and in no way detract from the stunning image.
