also look up suppliers of 'Southern Cross', 'Hardin' and a few dozen other names GS are re-labelled as.

In your area, Sirius Optics, Underwood, Brisbane sell GSO scopes badged as Southern Cross and sell accessories too I think.

I understand GS are different to GSO - GSO is in Taiwan, GS in China (although the People's Party would like the former to be part of the latter)

I haven't heard of a different company (GS v GSO). They're the same beast (in Taiwan) afaik.
