hi Alex, www.census.abs.gov.au I beleive you may need a log in number to post details over the net. Bit different in the city, but I do envy you, dark skies....yum. Remember BB is watching you!

Hi Alex, to fill in on the web, you need to have the census houshold form that was delivered with its form number, and also another envelope that has your ecensus number.
Both of these should have beendelivered to your household.

I filled mine in online on Wednesday, so i think being a bit late is o.k.

Hope this helps.

Welcome back, Alexander.

I was thinking of posting a question as to whether or not anyone had heard from you. Nice to see you back in apparently fine fettle.

I didn't bother with the on-line option, figuring that the site would be working overtime on the evening in question, and just filled in the paper version - it only took a few minutes.

If you didn't receive a form (and therefore the required access number for the Internet version) I understand you can obtain one by 'phoning the gov't department involved - I think a call to this number 1300 362 883 will enable you to sort out things.

Thanks for the help. No forms came to my house. I think they cut down on man power on deliveries this time..last time a guy found us out there (and that is not easy only other "visitor" was the Gehovan witness group, mustta been slim pickings the day they called up there..oh and the police once wanted to see my guns)
Why was I away?
Missus crashed the car so I went bush to live on boiled rice and save some cash to get my own wheels..in 2 years this is the 3rd smash and with the 2 thefts (her car and my truck) it gets a little too much to bear..so I went bush... and played astronomy all day, all night all the time I was gone and saved some cash...dam TV and radio did not work so I did not find out who won big brother or there was another war on ..so its not all bad.
Good news insurance is paying up on the car very well such that she wont lose money on this one.. about time things looked up in the car dept.
