Demosaic information for DSLRs

Hey everyone, I'm new to astrophotography and I am currently using Nebulosity to process. As I shoot in RAW on my Nikon D90, I need to use the "Batch Demosaic + Square RAW color" to get colour back in my images. Nebulosity requires me to input manual settings for "matrix offset" and "color control."

I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find what these settings should be for my camera (Nikon D90)?

...if I'm doing this completely wrong please let me know

Not familiar with Nebulosity (been meaning to try it one day) so not sure about "color control", but as far as the matrix offset is concerned there are only four possibilities for x and y:

00
01
10 or
11

Try one of those until the colours look normal. Use a regular daytime photo if you can while working out the matrix, makes it a bit easier to recognise the one that works right.
