Solar Telescope at circular quay

Anyone know who sets up a Lunt solar scope near the overseas terminal? The eyepiece view was outstanding and convinced us to get one for our public viewing up here at Brunswick heads. Not sure of exact model he was using. Viewed through a ls60/ds50/1200 but there was an issue with the blocking filter. Looking for info on this gentleman, equipment suggestions or for sale .Wow factor imperative!
