Request for photos of Megrez

I have no experience at putting photos onto this sort of this,
I will take a few tomorrow with a Canon A50 in low resolution to keep
the image size reasonable and "try" to get it onto the advert. If you care to email me on "sargentg@bigpond.net.au" we can persue the matter there
if it helps, I could then give you my phone number, regards Gerald.

Gerald, there's a simple how to on image resizing using Windows XP's image resizer powertoy here Once you have resized the image uploading is easy and can be done from the advanced post option. (press the "Go Advanced button and select "Manage attachments" then follow your nose....

I'm interested too!

To the best of my knowledge it is a semi apo not ED, it does exhibit a
trace of blue. Peter Ward, who supplied it to me originally may be able
to advise. He was using images taken with it in his adverts for a while.
It has "pin sharp" optics but is not apochromatic - hence the price.

Who ever got this got a very good deal in MHO. I have a Megrez SD and love it, such a nicely built scope.

I bought mine new for $1500... way back when there was only one dealer for them in Australia and they were new to the market.

Roger.
