Starry night 6

Hey folks.
Very quick one. Does starry night have a way to search for all galaxies/nebulas/planets/stars etc that are at a certain height in the sky?

Thanks

Yes, just go into the Ephemeris and pop your conditions in there.

H, to which version of SN6 does that apply? SN6Pro+ only appears to let you generate an ephemeris for one object.

I'm using Starry Night Pro Plus 6.

It's in the Lists tab.

From the entries on the right, you can see it is populated with asteroids/planets/moons. I think that's because there must be a maximum number of entries that are produced per search for "any database". All I did then was to change the database to "bright NGC objects" and it produced a new list. Just right-click and add all. Easy.
